Lease Assumption: 2011.5 E93 M3 $650/Month+tax
#12
I hear ya, I'd love to keep it but I need to free up the money for some upcoming investments as well.
Thank you!
The $4,550 is just a security deposit which makes the payment so low. You're just parking the money until the end of the lease which is when you will get all of it back from BMW FS. The downpayment I think is reasonable considering how low the monthly payment is. If you were to lease a brand new car with the same specs, it would cost approx $900/mnth + 1st pymnt, taxes, security deposit and bank fee out of pocket. The $1750 down only raises the monthly payment by $63/mnth. Still much better than the cost of a new lease.
I plan on driving the Toyota for a few months and as long as my investment works out, I'll pickup something nicer in the spring. I've realized that sometimes you have to go back one step to move forward 2 steps.

That's a great ****ing deal, i never leased a car before, I usually buy used and cash, i might start to look into it. This is sweet.
Explain to me what's this residual value is?
Value of the car after lease is up?
