WTB: Looking for a DD

WTB: Looking for a DD
Just throwing this out there to see if maybe someone was thinking about selling one of their cars or has one listed but not on here.
With all the changes going on right now I am in need of a new DD, not looking to break the bank, my budget is $15k. Ideally I'm just looking for something for a year or two until everything w/ the job, girl, new house etc gets worked out.
I'm not too concerned with mileage as long as it's been cared for and taken care of properly.
Ideally I'd love to get into a Touareg, Audi Avant, WRX wagon, but could easily be interested in something else...it's an open book right now.
If you guys have anything or know of anything please feel free to pass it along.

For $15k the cars you listed will all be high mileage, well worn vehicles. I would recommend something like a used golf. My girlfriend has a new golf tdi, and it is fun to drive and gets great mpg. The tech in that car is excellent as well as build/ride quality.

As for requirements I had initially been thinking of something with a decent amount of utility. I'm in a Tahoe right now and my g/f drives a Mini. So I wasn't to keen on 2 two-door hatches in the house. That's why I had initially thought SUV or Wagon. At the same time we did just fine when I had my A4 sedan, so an S4 sedan has been in my head. Auto or Manual doesn't matter, something that gets 20+ mpg would be nice.
All in all I guess I don't know what I'm looking for, I'm not overly excited about this search and I have a time restriction on it so I can't just wait for the perfect car to come along 3 months down the road. I'm just frustrated at this point and just checking all possible avenues.
Does that help

It's a company car that I need to return since I am stepping out.
