To create the Black Edition, Mercedes-Benz added wider carbon-fiber fenders to enclose larger 19-inch forged aluminum wheels that themselves enclose composite brake rotors measuring 14.2 inches in front and 13 inches in the back. Lots of additional vents in the front valence and fenders help to manage airflow for cooling and downforce. The limited slip differential in the rear also has it's own oil cooler with a thermostatically controlled fan.
