You're right some are very warn in that spot and it's dependent on how you enter the car, some people use that bolster to position themselves in the seat and it can be worn down from that. The good thing is, it's something that can be repaired relatively expensive.

Yes, saw it on my friends 911 Turbo when it was brand new and thats why I am asking.

How can it be repaired ?

That PDK surround in black looks perfect in contrast with the terracotta.

If you take it to a "vinyl doctor" they can work their magic on it and make it look almost as good as new

i saw this color combo on a 997.2 TT. the turboII wheels match the meteor color well. it's nice looking

Meteor with black/terr or meteor with black/beige is the best color for a coupe turbo (GT silver too, of course). Sexy car. GLWS!
