This is a GREAT deal.

Only catch is, as you know Rocketman; you will STILL remain on the Lease with PFS- however in 2nd place, like a Co-signer.
Agreed Chris, trying to get a drop dead "purchase" number that makes sense us both, problem is opposite coasts...

I was told you couldn't even get a non-S for this price now !

Because of Porsche's unusual rules I would feel more comfortable with a purchase buyout

Ins- were you looking to just pay cash? This scenario (not to upset the OP) probably won't be the best way to go for you; as all leases are front loaded with interest.

This scenario is the best for a 'lease client'. Compared to a 2010, it's a smoking deal.

Rocket- you're absolutely right. Non S's are mid-14-1500's easy.

I'm OK with either way but I don't agree with you on the negativity of a purchase...the buyout price at this time is very fair and reasonable.

I think I know what you are saying here, but maybe not. Could you clarify in a PM if you get a chance ?

What is the real buy out? I am NOT trying to put the kabash on your deal. Clearly from a leasing standpoint -it's an EXCELLENT deal. No arguement there.

Sucks PFS won't release you from the lease. I don't understand that policy.

Any reason not to contact PFS to see if they will restructure the balance of the lease to an "immediate single pay" figure and just add that to the buy-out figure at the end for a straight out complete buy ?!?
