Alright everyone. How much importance should I really be placing on the CPO status? I plan on owning it beyond the remaining 2 years/26000 miles left on the warranty. I don't have any experience with aftermarket warranties. Are these good enough? Is there also a way to get extended maintenance on a non-dealer car?

 

I don't know about dealers in AZ, but as far as Hawaii (and in my brief encounters with Missouri dealers) if the car isn't new or cpo'd you're gonna get the shaft from dealers or you're going to pay buttloads of cash to get the work done - and I'd imagine non-CPO & out of warranty BMWs are quite expensive to send in to the dealer.

IMO you should not give up on a CPO or 6MT, but possibly be more flexible with color or even the make/model of the car you're looking for.

Any TS'ers in the Miami area that can do a visual check on a 335 at Braman? Black is my second choice. Spartan on the options, but relatively low mileage, CPO'd, price is right (would certainly try to negotiate that down). PM me if you can swing by. Thanks!
