Selling my 2006 MINI Cooper S - John Cooper Works (Factory: engine/brakes) $22,000

Sadly parting with my beloved 2006 MINI Cooper S. I've enjoyed this car thoroughly but with only 2 garage spots available and 3 cars this one has to go. I'm the original owner, the car has been entirely adult owned, never smoked in, never tracked and primarily used as a commuter. All service records (100% dealer serviced). Warranty through late December of this year.

For navigation the car has a Garmin Streetpilot C550 with MSN direct traffic permanently mounted (though easily removable with nothing hardwired), it's a slick install. Other than this the car is stock except for for a M7 Strut tower brace for strut tower protection and a H-sport rear swaybar.

Never tracked, used primarily as a commuter and has always been a Southern California car (garaged).

Asking $22,000. Looking for a simple sale that leaves both parties happy. Priced aggressively, I (er my 'displaced to the driveway' Wife want the garage spot back!)

Please let me know if you have any questions or if you'd like to come take a look, I'm in Laguna Niguel, CA. No tire kickers please, don't have time for it.

I purchased the car at Long Beach BMW in California and it has the following options:

• Royal Grey Metallic

• English Panther Black Leather

• Combo #1 Premium:

- Multifunction steering wheel w/ cruise

- Dual-Pane Panoramic Sunroof

-Automatic Air Conditioning

- On-board computer

• Combo #2 Sport:

- Dynamic Stability Control (DSC)

- Front Fog Lamps

- 17" Allloy Wheels (WEB SPOKE)

-Silver bonnet stripe and roof

- Xenon Headlights w/ Powerwash

• Limited Slip Differential

•Combo #6 John Cooper Tuning Kit

- JCW Engine Kit

- JCW Sport Brake Kit

- Limited slip differential

• Center Armrest

• Harmon Kardon Sound System

What a slick little car. Well specced, and clean! Good luck with the sale.
