and that's high in this market. A year ago it was a steal.
Call Suzie Orman and ask her on her "Can I afford it" segment of the show. It's the only reason I watch the show. It is amazing (maybe not) what people ask for and how many people are denied.

Thanks, the GT3 drives like no other 911.
As for price price: non ceramic cars are selling in the 90's +
with Ceramics their selling in the 100k plus - depending on
color, miles, and options.

Great car no doubt, and having ceramics does drive up the asking price. However, in this market $97-99,000 may be the correct price range being that it has over 10,000 miles on the clock. Best of luck with the sale, if I could get rid of my 996TT for a reasonable amount then I would definitely consider this car.
