Thanks guys!! It's got about 166k on the body and 5k on the motor since being re-built. A tired stock m3 would run about 10k-15k, put a nice paint job on it,new interior and motor, plus the other little things, new seals etc. and you would end up with a comparable car.
Values are always subjective.
