2002 911 Turbo Red/Black
Many of you know my car from the "other" place and it's listed there too.
2002 911 Turbo in Guards red. I bought it as the 2nd owner Nov 2002 with 1600 miles. It is accident-free, ding-free and in superb condition with 10,000 miles. The car has never seen rain or snow. The dealer I used who was "informed" of the modified status checked it out on their computer and told me they would not have known about the software if not for me telling them. Ditto on the turbos b/c outside is stock. Offers over $60,000 only!
It does have modifications:
Porsche GT-2 rear deck/spoiler
painted lips & sills
HRE 545 R 19" rims and Pirelli tires with 5,000 miles
3M clear guard on entire front including lights, mirrors and lower sides
Stainless-steel brake lines and racing fluid
Porsche GT-3 (European) seats with crest and custom Guards Red cushion inserts
Turbo-embroidered and red-trimmed mats
Red seat belts
Stainless pedals
Carbon fiber shifter and hand-brake
Aluminum dial bezels
Guards Red radio-surround, key surround, ash-tray replacement storage and air intake and rear bumperettes
H & R coil-over suspension
Cargraphic exhaust
GIAC engine management for increased turbo boost with hybrid turbos.
Bailey diverter-valves
I also have spare unpainted front lip, custom car cover and Porsche lighter plug-in battery tender. I do not have any significant original parts.

Thanks for the kind words on the car. Someone will be really happy with this car.
Martin, time flies and not much time for car-related stuff. The first year in a while I didn't even get down to captree/obi. I'll have to bring the new ride around a tad this spring...

Yes, I've got K16/24 hybrids and the HP is expected to be in the mid-fives. The car is fast, easily hitting 1.1 on full boost with flawless software. In the 6 years I've owned it, never any lights or issues. The dealer told me the software was hidden to their computer and they wouldn't have known about if I didn't say. No worries & no stories!

2003 Turbo with 27,000 miles in great condition sold for $73+K as listed in the Sales Reports of Excellence Magazine. IMO the really nice 996 Turbo's will command correct money from a buyer recognizing it's better to pay a little more for a low-mile and well kept car. With the economy tanking this will probably take longer than usual.
