looks promising... i really like what they did with the new Exige, hopefully this is only the beginning of a new era for lotus and they can go on and make the other fantastic concepts they unvieled in paris back in 2010.

 

WHAT!? It's one of the two things Lotus is doing right. The other being the exige. The Elise is perfect for people who want a removable hard top go kart to whip around on a nice summer day.

 

Agreed. I think the Elise could be a Guns N' Roses situation. Everybody used to love it, but aging things get ragged on for.. Aging. Haha. I vividly remember seeing the Lotus Elise debut in a copy of Popular mechanics, and it was praised for its bold styling, price point and performance. Hell of a car!

On another note, any color nerds out there? I think this rendition is classic British Racing Green..
