Even though I am totally a fan of all aston's, I love the modern and agressive looks of the Jag.

Good luck.
Ba Bow! The Vantage S does not come as a manual.

Myself? Jag XKR-S if you're a driver. If you're after the badge, then the Vantage S.

Both are awesome, though.

Vantage by a mile. It's approaching exoticness more and more for every facelift/special variant they release, at least as far as looks are concerned. The Jag is "just" a GT, although a very good looking one.

But if money was part of the equation, there are a lot more cars out there I'd rather have than either one of them. Such as a slightly used Maserati GT, and bank the rest.

+1, not that it makes the choice any easier. That's how special the Aston badge is...

The Jag looks better from the front and the Aston from the rear. But the Aston is a manual which is more fun on twisty roads but not in the city. I would take the Aston because it was designed to be sports car and the XKR-S is a more powerful, lighter version of a more powerful, lighter version of a GT.

Just get a Vantage N420 and be done with it.
