I wish Lotus the best, but I'm keeping my plans to get an Elise next Spring. It sounds like the S2 Elise is going to be the last pure, unfiltered sports car ever made.

Only thing is, no one knows what engines are going in the darn things. I assume they have more 2ZZ's even though they gifted the last one to Mr Toyoda.

Quite frankly, if they make an Exige version of the new Lotus Boxster, I'll be interested. Otherwise, I can't imagine I'd be all that interested.
