I wish they'd make a CL competitor, and I wish they'd bring back the e-type!

Cool British police are soon to whip around in Jaguar XF

British police are to get Jaguar XFs!

Brit police to get Jaguar XFs - Autoblog UK

What other turbo car would be practical enough for the british police force?

British motorway police have got a new tool to help them tackle naughty high-speed drivers – a fleet of brand new Jaguar XFs. They should stand a good chance of chasing down any speeders or getting to incidents quickly, as the seven cars will all be fitted with the 271bhp 3.0-litre diesel S engine. Not much has been added to the standard road car to prepare it for the police – it gets the obvious flashing blue lights, and the bright and gaudy stickers that will mean it shows up easily in your rear-view mirrors.

All seven of the Jaguars will be patrolling the motorways in Staffordshire, Mercia and the West Midlands as part of their duties with the Central Motorway Police Group.

I actually like the big daddy XJ coupe, the body on the 'vert is amazing but the XJ's nose looks out of place. Especially if it's meant to be a Boxster/Z4/TT fighter.
