Ugh can't stand vicki, she looks and sounds like a guard in a German woman's prison.
Plus any one with half a brain could've figured out she wasn't going to get to 200 mph on a 2.5 mile stretch, why not take it to a highspeed oval testing ring? A la Nardo.
