470 bhp is a bit meagre.

+1. If this car had 560 bhp, I'd be much more impressed. When the concept first came out, I was completely enamored by the idea of a Aston sedan, but the 3-year wait after seeing the first images of the concept car has left me bored and underwhelmed. I don't understand what has taken so long to develop what is essentially a DB9 with a slightly longer wheelbase and an extra pair of seats. The sad thing is that this car is still close to 6 months to a year away from actually being brought to market. No doubt that it's much better looking than the Panamera, but then again, the Rapide will probably cost twice as much so most people won't exactly cross-shop the two. I'm sure it'll still sell just fine though. As much as I hate to say it, but I really think Aston dropped the ball here.

I know it's just the concept, but I don't think rear space looks that bad, although entry and exit might be a tad difficult. On top of that, I think that Aston have some of the best looking interiors. In fact I can't think of a four-seater with a nicer one.
