Am super charger???

Hi everyone,

For anyone who is not familiar with the team here at PES just ask any one who has a Porsche, Audi or VW that has looked for a serious power upgrade. We have been engineering, designing, tuning and producing supercharger kits for Audi and VWfor many years, as well as in house tuning for most all European cars out on the market (a partial list is available on our web page). We belive in the old saying "Give the people what they want" So I would like to open this thread as a request to all of you, loyal AM owners. what do you want to see ? would you like a OEM looking supercharger kit for your cars?

Below is a link to our web pages and our you tube page. check out a small portion of what we've done.

Given the similarity between the Jaguar engines and the AM engines, and considering there are factory-supercharged Jags, I would think it would be a relatively straightforward piece to engineer.

Its really not as easy as it sounds. We spend countless hours engineering our systems, from initial drawings on graph paper to CAD files to fit and tuning (just to name a few key steps). It takes time to produce a product that integrates flawlessly into your vehicle and make it perform as the factory would. I have been doing some research on the AMV8 with the intentions of possibly producing a kit but before we follow through with anything I wanted to see what the owners want.

Here is a link ( CLICK HERE! ) to out newest kit that is about to be released. Although it is for the Audi/VW 4.2, You can look at this and have a clear understanding of the fit and finish of the products we produce.

Notice I said "relatively".

Any chance that supercharger will work with an RS4? I wouldn't mind 500+ hp.

AM V8 SC system

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Patrick,
If you stir up enough interest, I'm gonna have to get one of these (twist my arm). But seriously, there are only so many cars we can purchase at a time to develop SC systems for. This is one of the top on my "personal" list. After all, this engine is very similar to the SC engines from Jaguar.

We are doing the 4.2L for Audi now. The new V8 M3 is on order and a definate, but what next?

Porsche 997/997S
Lambo Gallardo
Vantage V8

The Vantage seems a great candidate to me. We know for sure that the Porsche community is very much into aftermarket tuning. Aston owners???? If we build it, will they come?

How awesome would a 500HP Vantage be

Please chime in either way

TonyPE is an unknown quantity at this point
We are getting alot of e-mails about this
The big issue i see with the AMV8 is the way the throttle is mounted in the front of the engine like a Corvette, or even better a Porsche Cayenne. We solved the Porsche Cayenne (as seen below) by running a shaft through the manifold, with a reverse rotational supercharger. This let us point the SC drive towards the firewall

Here are a few pics of the front and rear. Air/liquid core inside manifold.
