Edmund's Alistair Weaver travels to the Sierra Nevada and gets some exclusive seat time in the stunning new Aston Martin Vanquish. In the clip below, Aston Martin engineering manager Paul Thomas flogs the new Vanquish around a few corners on the Sierra Nevada mountainside. As a refresher, the new Vanquish features a 5.9-liter V12 that cranks out 565 horsepower at 6,750 rpm and 457 pound-feet of torque at 5,500 rpm.

I look forward to seeing more of this car, hopefully they will have some driving around pebble beach next weekend. I love the throatiness and grunt of those Aston V12s.
