First Viper to be Auctioned off to benefit Pediatric Cancer
SRT VIPER REVEALED AT NEW YORK AUTO SHOW TO BENEFIT THE AUSTIN HATCHER FOUNDATION FOR PEDIATRIC CANCER
Press Day for the New York International Auto Show, SRT revealed the long awaited and newly designed Viper. The all-new 2013 SRT Viper boasts nearly 660hp from its 8.4 liter V-10 power plant and has lines that rival any euro exotic. Along with the release of the new Viper, SRT announces the return of the Viper to the American Le Mans Series and international endurance racing. Through a partnership with the SRT brand the first production Viper will be auctioned at Barrett -Jackson Orange County to benefit the Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer, the American Le Mans Series official charity.
"We are thrilled that SRT has chosen us to be a part of this extraordinary opportunity," said Dr. Jim Osborn Co-founder of the Austin Hatcher Foundation. "We are tremendously excited to see the 2013 SRT Viper. It is an amazing vehicle. We are also very excited that the first production Viper be auctioned at Barrett- Jackson Orange County to benefit the many families faced with pediatric cancer. We just can't thank Mr. Gilles and his team enough."
The New York International Auto Show will take place April 6-15 in New York City. The Barrett- Jackson Auction-Orange County will take place June 22-24 in Orange County, California.
