That looks like a soft top to me.
I never understood why they did the top like this...it looks like it would be a mid engine car, the way the window is placed. It looks like a Porsche 914, but not in a good way.

Published curb weight on the 2010 650i convertible is 4,300lbs. Weight savings was never part of the agenda for the 6 series. It's a touring car, thus: creature comforts > weight concerns.

Dont like the 5series style tail lights, the newer bimmers look like heavily facelifted past models rather than new fresh styles.

Give it some hips! Does not look like a sports car - perhaps that's what they were going for though? (a la Mercedes CLK drop top)
