Paint Protection Film Gone Wrong - 997 Turbo Cab

Still too often, we receive inquiries and because our pricing is higher than our competitors, the vehicles end up in the wrong hands. This comes down to the standards of the vehicles' owners. Some may not even notice any of these imperfections while others are sharp enough to pick it up in just 3-4 feet distance.

Case in point. We have a 2010 Turbo Cab with a bad clear bra install. Our team is working on it as we speak, so no installation photos, just shots of this "cheaper" install before we pull it all off.

WE ARE MOST CERTAIN THAT THERE ARE RAZOR CUTS IN THE PAINT. Unfortunate, but this is a very good reason to not base a decision in choosing a clear bra applicator based on price.

DEEP RAZOR CUT ON THIS MIRROR AND WE HAVE NOT EVEN PULLED THE FILM OFF - CUSTOMER IS EXPECTING THE WORST AT THIS POINT

Its sad that even that job would pass for decent work for most customers.

Not up to the Sammy Standard however!

Even if I did not have enough money to pay for one of your installations I would take out a loan, just so I can get the best in the business

You'd have to pay for the air fares, accomodation etc.

Not surprised, but there are razor cuts. For those questioning, this was a precut kit applied to this Turbo before we got our hands on it. Custom or precut, there is a risk of such damage if the applicator is lacking experience / skill.

And here is our replacement of the film. Most of those razor cuts left by the previous installer was polished out.

Crazy to spend this much on these cars and cheap out on film....damn nice job guys. I've seen worse. But what an idiot who installed that crap.

Glad you saved the customer's car. As for the customer? Well, they should have known better.

Thanks!!!! We certainly will. The constant threads we put in are there to educate the public of the potential problems if the product is not installed by a qualified company / installer.
