I agree

 

Lip spoiler, paint the side panels on the front fenders body color and paint the hood scoop body color; therein exists a beautiful, aggressive SLS.

 

If you don't like the aggressiveness of this car I completely understand, but keep in mind this is the "black series" version. The classic SLS GT will always be available, but this car was an opportunity for the AMG division to showcase their talent and they wanted to go all out, and indeed they did. The car is extremely aggressive, but not without being tasteless, mercedes bodywork is always extremely well executed, and the presence of this car will be unmatched. I respect the car for what it is

 

It looks like it's been to Masonry...

Not a fan of the visuals.

I wish they flared the fenders a bit more like the SL but then again the car is somewhat wide already. This is easiest seen in person. It really commands its lane on the road.

 

Does anyone know what the scoop/hole on the hood is for? Looks very out of place... Overall, not loving it, maybe without the aero package it'll look better.

On the Mercedes-Benz AMG Facebook page they uploaded pictures from various stages of the car's design, including the initial designs and renders. One of the designs was this one, I really wish they had made it look exactly like this instead of what they have revealed.
