2013 Brabus CLS63 in for PhotoSync Nano Tint
Good client of ours just purchased this pristine 2013 Brabus decked out CLS63 in for our latest product. Made by Prestige Film Technologies, this is the latest window film brought in for our customers. This product's performance improves as solar heat intensifies and has a manufacturer rating of 98.5% of IR rejection. This is significant considering that even ceramic films come in at 80%. Also another added feature of this product is that it's shade darkens as a result of the heat rejecting properties changing based on solar intensity.

With everything we do, we like to present to our customers that the products we carry are of the highest quality. Prestige Film Technologies really knocked this one out of the park. We have been beta testing this product for them close to 2.5 years and their PhotoSync IR Nano Tint is truly impressive in its performance. More importantly, we put it onto our spectrometer and no metals registered through it. This means, you will not get any signal interruptions like all metallic films and some ceramic based tint.
Below is our test:
BEFORE WE APPLIED PHOTOSYNC:
Outdoor Temperature: 75 degrees
Interior Color - Black
**Keep this in mind, the darker the color of the interior, the higher the heat absorption rate
Time of test: 3:25 PM
In only 1 Minute 14 Seconds, the seat gets to a sizzling 115.8 degrees

At 5 Minute 35 Seconds, the surface temperature rises to 122.9 degrees (7.1 degrees!)

At just a bit over 10 minutes, this same seat popped to a skin burning 131.3 degrees (an additional 8.4 degrees 5 minutes later!)

The windshield registers in at 139 degrees after sun exposure for just 11.25 minutes

After completion of the installation for the side and rear glasses at PhotoSync45, we ran another test at the same time the day after to replicate the conditions. However, the next day had an outdoor temperature of 84 degrees. Being 9 degrees hotter than the day before, we are definitely putting this product to test
Outdoor Temperature: 84 degrees
Time of Test: 3:20pm
Product Installed: PhotoSync45 (45% VLT)
At 1 Minute 45 Seconds, the seat registers in a fairly cool 88.3 degrees (VS. without PhotoSync, at 1 Minute 15 Seconds, the temperature was 115.8 degrees!)

At the 4 Minute marker, we see that temperature rises to 90.3 degrees (Compared to without PhotoSync test at 5 Minutes to a blistering 122.9 degrees)

And finally in 10 Minutes time, the surface temperature increased to 94.6 degrees (rising only 6 degrees despite being 9 degrees hotter outside). This is a noticeably significant difference in heat rejection for PhotoSync. (Without PhotoSync surface temperature at 10 Minutes 42 Seconds came in at 131.3 degrees!)
