just think of it that way :

all big German car brands are in southern Germany...and we do get snow as well
and everybody survived it (almost everybody I guess)

But also, my 2nd half of the question is asking if $6k+ dev. Pack. Is worth it's price, I mean I could get an entire used 10-yr old c-class for that price! Actually that point is pretty stupid. Who would want a 10-yr old c-class anyway? Haha

'aight. I think i'm going to just look into possibly buying another 4wd car for the winter, probably the base cherokee because it's relatively cheap.

I didn't go for Performance Pack/Development pack or whatever it's called. It's about $8k in the Uk, for about 30bhp. Seemed overkill.
