Saw the new SLK55 and C63 Black Series Coupe at Laguna Seca today!
The AMG Driving Academy has been going on all week at Laguna Seca and today it overlapped with registration for my ChumpCar race tomorrow.
I was not expecting to see both the new C63 Black Series as well as the SLK55 and ML63 parked in the paddock.

Not usually a MB fan, but these pics are fantastic!! Some of your best shots imo. That is an awesome trip.

These pictures are MOST excellent, Sir Jedi Clutch Killa. Thank you for sharing these and for making the "switch." I look forward to seeing your pictures from the race if you manage to snap some. Focus on the race not the fauxtoes.

That almost goes without saying when a car of such relatively compact proportions has a 517hp 6.2-litre V8 crammed under its vented aluminum hood. Yet the latest evolution of AMG’s chassis tuning philosophy delivers a driving experience that flatters far more than it punishes. This is nothing like the first Black Series, the fixed-roof SLK55 – a car that preferred to dominate, not submit – and is far closer in character to the sublime CLK63 Black Series. But there’s more to it than even that....
