I think Mansory was going for an SLR Stirling Moss Edition look for the front end of the car, although I'm sure Ferrari 599 headlights are easier to come by.

Just a wild ass guess: emerging markets where people have more money than taste. I wouldn't be surprised if they had a number of cars in the BRIC countries, oil rich regions, etc.

It really needs some carbon fiber headlights to finish off the look.
