I think Mansory was going for an SLR Stirling Moss Edition look for the front end of the car, although I'm sure Ferrari 599 headlights are easier to come by.

In terms of complete styling disconnect with what is aesthetically pleasing, its a tossup between Mansory and Chris Bangle as to who is more completely clueless.

Just a wild ass guess: emerging markets where people have more money than taste. I wouldn't be surprised if they had a number of cars in the BRIC countries, oil rich regions, etc.

 

It really needs some carbon fiber headlights to finish off the look.
