Renntech is proud to announce the release of our intercooler upgrade kits for all Mercedes and AMG Kompressor vehicles as well as all Biturbo V12’s, SLR Mclaren and Maybach vehicles.

Our Renntech intercooler system upgrade allows for a significant increase in cooling capacity as well as a reduction in charge air temperatures for a denser incoming mixture. This all translates to dramatically increased performance across the entire power band and replaces the Achilles' heel of forced-induction Maybach and Mercedes-Benz vehicles; the intercooler pump.

Our latest second generation intercooler pump weighs in at a slim 2 lbs. and is a mere 3.5 inches in pump body length. This is significantly smaller and lighter than the OEM unit and is over half the size and weight of the previous generation pump it replaces. Don’t let size fool you though. Our mighty little pump out performs any other unit on the market; flowing over twice as much coolant as the problematic OEM pump. Testing showed our intercooler pump flowed a whopping 6.60 G.P.M compared to the OEM pumps 3.00 G.P.M flow rate. This increase in flow dramatically removes heat from the incoming charge air and allows for a denser air/fuel mixture.

We didn’t just stop at the pump though. To further improve performance, we install dedicated radiators for the intercooler system and custom plumbing to exploit the increased performance of our second generation pump. This comprehensive tuning package is available now for all applicable Mercedes Benz vehicles and prices vary per kit application.
