I just saw one of these in person for the first time today and I have to say it was truly a stunning vehicle. I had seen pictures, but they don't do it justice. It's a beautiful car. If I can I will try to post the cheap pictures I got later.

Is it as small as it looks in some of the pictures?
Seems like it's about 1/3 too small sometimes. lol

IRL it's big, it seems larger than the SLR.

Yeah I didn't think it was too small. Once I get access to a computer to upload my pictures I will post it here. I have a picture of it side by side with an older 300 SL.

I've only seen one. It looked quite a bit shorter than an SLR, but quite wide. Very loud too lol

it looks small in pictures maybe due to it's short rear kinda disappear towards to the end.

to put the actual size into perspective. SLS is only 0.7'' shorter than SLR (182.6'' vs 183.3''), but it is 1.16'' wider than SLR (76.3'' vs 75.14'').

Ferrari 458 is 178.2'' in length & 76.3'' in width.

Lambo Gallardo is 169.3'' in length & 74.8'' in width.

Porsche GT3RS is 176.81'' in length & 72.91 in width.

Porsche Garrera GT is 182'' in length & 76'' in width.

interestingly enough the SLS just looks so much better in person because it's got the stance. the size says it all.

I totally agree with your comments on its stance. It's fantastic. Perfectly proportioned too.
