A buddy just sent this to me, not sure if its accurate, but crazy either way.
Pretty sure its not white gold, but Chrome - Considering White Gold is usually Yellow Gold with a Coating of Rhodium. Maybe the car is covered in Rhodium??

He should've kept the stock wheels and chromed them and it looks like he missed the B-pillar too. Other than that, this thing is pretty much a silver bullet!

The blurb about the engine is all gibberish. There's no way that there would be a quad-turbo'ed V10 in there.

 

So tacky... So much money, so little taste.

And if that´s gold, it will add some serious weight to that SLR.

 

Guys I think its just chrome vynl, like the clear wraps put on cars to protect them from rock chips and stuff. Its pretty popular over here in the middle east to have your car "wrapped" in an unusual or unique color. I have seen lots of chrome, gold, and matte looking cars. Even I got sucked into the fashion trend with my Z4 lolol, but have removed it now. This SLR does look pretty awesome though. Thanks for sharing!!

As 430berlinetta said, It's mirror-wrap...loads of cars in Dubai, where the picture's taken, have it.

 

I'm not normally a fan of chrome, or of SLRs, but I kinda dig it . . .
