I want one in white with red interior, that car is so my style. My ultimate super car, #1 all time favourite.

I dunno why, but the 'vert does nothing for me compared to the regular coupe version of the 722.

Love the coupe. Personally not a big fan of convertibles.

Really!? To me, the convertible version makes the car - it is still fast, still quiet, and still the best-built car ever (come visit, I will SHOW you the whys and hows of that very true, objective stateent) only now it doesn't have to apologize to the 'net idiots who whine and cry about the car not being N/A, having rolly-up-and-down windows (instead of fixed lexan), having A/C (as opposed to letting occupants sweat it out) etc., etc., etc.

Ever notice how every non-exotic player wants EVERY exotic car to be a modern F40? Forget THAT! Give me a big Benz with 1000 lb-ft of torque any day!!

AMG is really diluting the SLR brand and screw their buyers in the process - with every new variant appearance the value and saleability of the "previous" variant is reduced significantly, just watch the current price of the "normal" SLR,independent of the current economy.
That being said the SLR for me is a master piece in all its variants and will allways feature within any all time top list

I love the SLR for being a comfortable super car not necessarily the fastest of the bunch but you could drive it all day and it sounds amazing plus what other car makes you feel like Batman?
