YouTube - Top Gear Mercedes-Benz CLK63 AMG Black

Driving the whole day with little sleep, I completely understand my deep feelings for loud cars being:

1) German
2) AMG
3) Three pointed star
4) Mostly in Black
5) Racey
6) Fast

I know some get a GT3, but this is all about comfort like some one wanting a supercar but its uber comfortable, therefore the SLR.

My favorite car, right now. Wouldn't hesitate to buy one if I was in the market for a 100k dollar vehicle.

C63 - all the way.

1. just as much power potential.
2. less weight.
3. more doors/seats.
4. MUCH less money (bang for the buck).
5. Sleeper / Q Car status assured with a few body part swaps from a C300.

 

Car is a monster.

 

I agree, for $100k it's all that and a bag of chips! And for those of you that have not driven or heard one it's sounds simply amazing when you are at 5k rpm's and let off the throttle and it just gurgles as the tach goes down. At $138k nahh 997 turbo or GT3 at $99k all ah bout it it!

 

A lot of other Benzes can give you the same bang, even for less buck.
Even the S600 V12.

 

The W209 CLK was the car that made me seriously get into cars...may sound stupid but I just love the roofline of the car! The CLK, and espeically the BS is one of my favorite car designs.

 

That 600 is quite a bit MORE bang than the CLK can give you!

 

Might be more bang for the buck, but no where near the same feel..
