Best note taking app with handwriting?

I'm trying to use my iPad2 more and more for work and want an app that could virtually replace my note pad. I bought a stylus today and wondering what others are using? Thanks in advance!

Let me add that I'm a lefty so I'm concerning about smudging from my wrist as well. Seems like Notes Plus and UPad are highly rated.

The keyboard. Even really, really good handwriting recognition apps have too much a margin for error for critical/fast note taking.

Thanks for the feedback! Being a lefty doesn't seem to help with the apps either. Looks like nothing is going to replace the graph paper pad. I was in a hangar yesterday and wanted to do a quick sketch layout and just had to pull out the engineering pad.
