iCal: Make a recurring event?

iCal: Make a recurring event?

When setting up an event in iCal I cannot find an option anywhere for "repeating" or "recurring." WTF am I missing?

When editing the event in iCal there should be an option to "repeat" right under the from/to date and time options.
