Looks like i will holding off on the purchase of the iPhone 4 for now.

 

It sucks because my blackberry is acting up so bad lately. I have to keep shutting the radio off and turning back on to get e-mails/bbms/texts/calls. Probably do it up to a dozen times a day.

I just want to get the iPhone, but there is speculation that the iPhone 5 will be more than just a 4GS phone. Apparently 8MP camera, larger screen, yadda yadda. I don't want to purchase one right now and find out that the 5 is a substantial update....

 

I wish it would hurry up I'm sick of BB's

 

I am on the same exact boat as you are, but my phone doesn't die that often. I have to re-enter my email passwords every 2-3 days so that i can keep receiving emails.

 

Why wait? Use it for six months and sell the thing when you upgrade.

Waiting on the iPhone 5 as well. September for ATT I think. Not sure about VZW

 

I had been waiting for the 5 until I heard the same rumor, that it will be more analogous to the S. My 3GS was giving me problems, but mostly AT&T was dropping every other call. I am glad I got the 4 on VZW. I figure it will allow me an earlier upgrade to a significant revamp
Model. Of course, the rumor could be wrong and the next phone had significant revisions. Who knows

 

So confused... have read so much crap on BGR and Engadget the past 2 days... No idea if I want to do iPhone, Droid, or BB.....

I think it's going to be between Droid/iPhone....
