great app that i downloaded for a different reason but i use it at the gym now. music hour. at my beach house i guess we were feeling nostalgic and wanted to play power hour (shot of beer every minute for an hour) so i decided to give it a shot and see if there was an app for that and sure enough there was. it lets you select between 60 100 and 120 minutes and plays a portion of a song for a minute before changing to the next song. you can select the songs manually or it can pick randomly from any of your playlists. anyway, power hour was fun but now i use the app at the gym and its especially great when doing cardio because it keeps the music fresh and stops me from phasing out. i use it every day.

just found zumocast (free). it streams video, music and photos to your iphone/ipad/ipod touch. i was using air video for video and homepipe for all other files, but this app is pretty slick and quick.
i also download gv mobile+ when it was free. i don't use google voice a lot, but it's cool to have it.

When I had my BB, I had an app called "roblock" that let me send a text message to my phone to execute a variety of commands ranging from making it alarm, showing a text message, locking it, to deleting its memory in case it was permanently lost. Is there a similar app for the iphone?
Thanks
