One SUCK thing about Mac...

Is there a decent personal finance application for it?

Quicken Essentials for Mac... blows. It's way too basic.
I recently, FINALLY, switched off of Quicken 2003 (yes, 2003) and converted to Quicken for the Mac. I actually lost functionality going to the Quicken on the Mac. Yes, the 2003 software had more functionality than the 2010 for Mac.

I'm looking online, and it seems most people agree that there's an issue here.

Does anyone have a suggestion? Is anyone using a personal software application on the Mac and is happy with it?

Why not use a web based app? They're better than most of the software out there. Check out Mint or something.

I don't think there's Quickbooks for Mac... I need to check, but don't think so.

I do use Mint. It's pretty cool, but not all of what I want for personal finance. The Deluxe or Advanced Quicken products (non Mac) are much better.
Mint is more of what is already going on, but not as much for planning, etc. I also can't categorize individual transactions in Mint (or at least not easily).

Yeah... I may have to go with Parallels, which sucks twice because it means I have to buy Windows too.

I've never used Quickbooks. It works for home finance well? Do you have to create 'companies', etc?
