So...I've decided. I will not spend my $$ on this.

I will however spend taxpayer $$ on one to test and evaluate. Win.

 

Yeah... Im not so impressed by this. It's cool and all, but one of the things that its definitely missing for me is pressure sensitivity. Without it, and no significant update to the OS being run on it... this looks like a iPod touch made for giants.

Another thing that concerns me about this, is the fact that att's coverage and 3g is already shotty. Now they add who knows how many iPad users taking up bandwith and your service gets worse.

Meh...

 

I will never buy an iXYZ until it is on a Verizon Network. AT&T simply just does not provide the reliability I need in a mobile devise.

 

I'd like to see it and see some long term reviews of it. I love me sum gadgets.

What's the point of having a tablet PC without the actual functionality (not to mention storage space) of a PC? And you have to pay for service too?!?!? Bwahahahaha

AT&T requirement is a death knell for this toy.

They should put a phone chip in it. I'd love to see fanbois holding this giant thing to their head to talk on the phone. haha.

 

...and as a person who uses Verizon I refuse to support the iPhone coming over and eating up all of the god damn bandwidth from people downloading shit and updating their fantasy football nonsense.

 

This is the least exciting thing to come from Apple in years.
