Running Windows on Macbook

What's the best app to run Windows inside OSX? Meaning - I don't want to boot up in either OS (thus, ruling out Bootcamp), I want to be able to run them simultaneously.

It's a Macbook Air if it makes any difference.

One expensive lesson I learned when trying to install Windows on my Macbook was after purchasing Parallels (I think it was around $100us) and installing it, I later figured out that you also have to purchase and install the Windows OS as well. Parallels does not come with the Windows OS.

Just a heads up in case you didn't know that already.

Good point. Parallels is just the emulation environment itself.

I have XP, the Windows 7 Beta, and Ubuntu machines all set up for toying around, testing, etc.
