dB Values

Just out of curiosity I gathered some dB numbers for the 997S. One with the PSE and the other S was stock.

The dB meter found that both exhausts returned the exact same value when at steady state,--80 dB. I couldn't figure out a way to instrument it for a varying engine speed so I didn't bother. I found it interesting that the absolute sound level was the same.

The meter was 10 feet to the rear and centered on the car. We ran both engines at idle and at 4000 rpm.
