I believe it is, and since It's infra-red light you can hotwire it to get constant power and you'll have an untraceble lazershield

That looks like the improved 991. Notice the re-positioned parking-sensors on the fins / grilles under the DRLs.

I like the blackened headlights. Just that it may not work with all body-colours.

that's the new C4/S. different than the C2/S.

^^ Oh! So the C2S will not be given this updated bumper? I'd read somewhere in this forum that they had issues with the placement of the parking sensors as it wasn't ideally placed at the corners.

I think it is S vs. base.

I have a C2S and a C2 at the office right now and that is a difference.

Done a few black out lights, look very cool. If the weather is decent I'll shoot you a photo of my one on the showfloor.
