hmm,..

I gotta admit though that no matter how much sense any of them make (or actually don`t ) they all look quite good imo!

I`ve recently seen a 918 TTS Cabrio and it looked great!!

Very true.

Honestly, I'd rather just spec my own PTS car with a manual trans and not so much silliness. Would I miss a special plaque on the dash? Not so much. Special side sills? Not really. If I built my own car to my desires, it'd probably be 1 of 1 ever....

For what it's worth, I'd do one in slate blue with natural gray leather (or that new agate leather) with slate blue stitching. I bet it'd look gorgeous...

This is what people forget. They get so caught up with the Marketing Machine that is Porsche these days. Build up your own drivers car the way you want it! True, it will be a one of one

Oddly enough, I'm looking forward to all the 991 special editions (mostly the likes of Turbo S, GT3, GT2, RS's, etc). Not that interested in things like the Club Coupe. If it was lower priced, I'd be interested in it.

I am, however, interested in one particular option that it features: Carrera S Powerkit (X51)

Changes the specs to be: 430hp@7500, 440t@5750

I think its cool. Not sure why all the negative comments? For guys like us - who are obviously REALLY into the Porsche world - its not our thing because WE like to be the ones calling the shots and checking the option boxes. But to the masses (vast majority) they will eat this stuff up!!!

And since we are playing the "what would i do" game --- i would keep it simple but love the idea of doing door pulls and belts in crazy colors (outside of the red/yellow that you always see)

You are totally on point. The combo is great and I would take this in a heartbeat if I had the coin. This coming from a real Porsche guy

I like it but I think only because of the duck tail. I can't believe a tribute to the original Porsche club is a ****ing PDK, slap in their face if you ask me.
