No one got injured, It's one way traffic there, I believe the volvo was going in the wrong direction to take a short cut..

 

Volvo driver was probably high. Damn Dutchies

 

That road certainly looks too narrow to be anything other than a one-way. And seeing the car in the foreground facing the same direction as the 911, I'll go with the previous comment that the Volvo was going the wrong way. With that in mind, I can understand how the 911 driver wasn't expecting a car to be coming towards him and therefore not paying as close attention as we think he might should have been.

It looks like the person in the electric scooter had a front-row seat to more excitement than he planned for.

 

So sad... It was bound to happen.

Jokes aside, it was bound to happen. Glad no one got hurt.

 

This is apparently a confusing alleyway in Holland. The street signs clearly show that the Porsche was traveling in the proper direction. The Volvo actually got pushed back into some of the signs. Sometimes those tiny alleys can be very confusing. Clearly the Volvo guy wasn't where he was supposed to be! A shame for the new 991. Looks like an easy color to fix.
