Have fun chiseling out concrete from inside all of the little drills and cracks in the brake rotors, springs, radiators, piping, etc.

guys.. you never read that porsche constructs their cars from a special space age material that will repell all types of wet concrete and road paint? They do their market research.
its right there in the owners manual. The car will be fine and can be found at the local starbucks in the next few days.
