I saw that option....which makes sense....so are the pics in this thread of the Agate Grey/Pebble Grey?.....or is it actually White/Brown as the OP suggests?

Almost every build I've done online has this interior, if not full black for the sportier looking versions. Love this combination...just not sure how successful I would be at keeping it safe from unwanted marks and scars.

Exactly. I had a black interior on my Lexus LS460 and they'd tell me the horror stories for the white interior owners. Jeans left blue streaks, belts made marks, you name it... My 911C2S is also black for that reason.

White is not available for ordering. White sets the interior sensor off in direct sunlight. Seriously. That is what the factory told me a few years ago when I tried to order a pure white leather as in the one from the 80's for a client. You still can order a linen or agate grey which to me are basically white.
