New guy on Teamspeed
Hello everyone,
A good friend invited me here to TS a while back, and I've been a lurker ever since. Figured that it's finally time for my first post.
I've been a Porsche nut since I was a 4-year old sitting in my dad's 1971 E Targa. I still remember sitting on my dad's shoulders at the 1983 Frankfurt Auto Show, having that 959 poster on my bedroom wall, the 911 piggy bank, etc, etc, and dreaming that one day I will have a Porsche myself. Thirty years later, I finally have my own 2011 Carrera 4S. The car has been everything I hoped it would be. Hope you enjoy the pics below of Dad's Targa and now my own C4S.
On another note, just today I went to the 2011 Frankfurt show and gave my Nikon a workout. I know others have already posted pics of the 991 at the show, but hopefully my pics will contribute to the overall thread as well. Will add pics in a separate thread from here.
Hope to talk with you all about everything Porsche in the coming days...
