People are comparing this car to the 997.2 GT3 RS 4.0 and you simply cannot do that. The GT and Turbo versions will come later, I promise you. You have to decide if you like it more the first time you saw the 997.1 in the press shots - and I really do!

Did you ever drive one?
I guess the 7th gear is just a fuel efficient gear that has a very long gear ratio whereas the other ones have a shorter gear ration to get the best acceleration possible,which I think is a good idea

If it looked anything like this, I'll admit that I might be all over it. Much cleaner front bumper, more defined and sharper headlamp design and an overall greater step forward in design. Maybe we'll see a refreshed 991 sometime around/after the 918 launch?
