dxpetrov is an unknown quantity at this point
OMG. Finally the 911 became an emotional design statement, not just pure mechanical experience. Am speechless...

Question: How the hell is Porsche going to fit the horizontal red reflector bar on the 991 for the WB cars (4, 4S, Targa, etc) with all those characters sitting on the rear end?

The car is not a GT
It's not a radical departure
It's not --- NOT A 911!!!!
It's the 911 for the next gen, it's a car desigend to do what every other 911 has done in previous generations. It is still in comparison to other sports cars the SPORTS CAR of the bunch and above all else the Porsche of the bunch.

It's a winner and of course it's bigger and everything else. Every new 911 that comes along is a luxury sports car that stands out from the crowd. Im sure when intermitten wipers were introduced everyone was up in arms about that too. The 911 Carrera was always a street car and a great one at that. And the 911 is still a car that can go from the grocery store to the racetrack better than any other vehicle in my opinion.

LONG LIVE THE 911!!!!! If it made everyone happy it wouldnt still be...
Here's to the next 50 years of tradition in automatovie excellence!

Either on top of the light on dark lettering in the lens, like the older 911's...

According to the article in the attached link, UK launch in 2012. But that shows UK deliveries of Carrera/Carrera S as 2011 and I think that we've heard US deliveries won't begin until 1Q12. My assumption is that 4/4S won't see US shores until late 2012, if not 2013.

+1 McRae. I don't think it will have one. No way it would work with the new recessed tail lights.

Listen up.

The new 911 will 100% be a 2013 model year. Okay?

I'll take a Speed Yellow S please!
