I know what you mean, but first of all too much white will make it look dated and the picture I attached shows the indicators will be just a thin led bar.
As for the diffuser, probably will be very simplistic design like usual Porsche.

FYI, some interesting rendering in last edition of auto, motor und sport magazine... have been collecting this magazine for more than 10 years.... and when looking back they have their renderings quite right for most of the times.... the frong look's quite different to current porsche styles.... somehow like it though.
