Lol, you are really desperate to see it! Considering that Highline owns a Carrera GT, SV, LP560-4, Ford GT, and a I think a GT2, I don't think his rep would go up that much. Anyway back to topic, Huge congrats man! And awesome effort in getting it to the U.S. Don't see why it can't be bought in the U.S since it can in Australia.

Saga Continues................

The above mentioned shipment was originally booked on BA3577/14AUG from Frankfurt to
Houston.

Due to a reduced cargo offer on the Houston freighter, we had to off-load some freight and
unfortunately your consignment was concerned. We planned it on our next freighter service to
Chicago BA3571/18AUG with a truck connection from Chicago to Houston on the 19th of August.
Since you and the ultimate consignee asked for a direct service to Houston, we rebooked
it again and the car will now travel on BA3577/21AUG.

On behalf of British Airways World Cargo, we regret this unfortunate irregularity and would like
to apologise to you and your customer for any inconveniences.

Sincerely yours,

I have learned over time when you try to rush good things it always leads to problems.

I was lucky enough to call and check the tracking on ba site:

Chicago - told me it was on the same plane and would not be unloaded
Houston - told me I talked to Chicago and they told me it would be the same plane

Frankfurt - WE HAVE NO FLIGHT from Chicago to Houston it would be trucked.

Always need to triple check every detail!

with stuff like that I`m always getting a bit uncomfortable with the company/person I`m dealing with
When I`m paying for something I pay a sum that consist of cost for personnel, logistics, material, service, etc + a markup for them to actually make profit
so if one of the points is not being provided correctly or at all,why should I pay for it...thus the overall price has to be adjusted downwards.

just my 00.2 since I generally dislike stuff like that a lot!

hope your car arrives soon and brings you the joy of owning a unique piece of machinery(at least in the US)!
