now it gets more complicated... you can have one car only, you want a Porsche, 997 replacement is in a year, you get a speedster, turbo S, or gt3rs?? 
and i know that last one has almost nothing to do with the other two, but it may be the last time porsche does an old-school "analogue" car...

The GT3RS is the beez-kneez. If I had very little common sense, and a bigger garage, I'd buy that car over anything else.
For me, the Turbo S fits my needs - a versitile, somewhat all-around sprotscar.
If my needs were different - I could see the Speedster as a practical alternative.
i'm just glad to know that i'm not alone in feeling that the 997 is one of the great designs in the carmakers history.
My vote - GT3RS - Hands Down.
If you included the GT2RS which is more in line with the price that the Speedster is, I'd pick that.

What a tough crowd.... seriously how can you not love the new 
Speedster? The one they made in the mid 80's was the tits, this is even better. Of course, this is the same crowd that finds fault with the Ferrari 458 design which is simply awesome.

Love all the speedsters. Didn't understand the 930 Speedster porschecarraramay8th......referenced. What is that? The 89' 911 Speedster maybe? I just hope this new one has the lower windshield and it's definately a keeper.
